"This is Me" sessions were inspired by my desire to celebrate the things that make us unique, human, and beautifully imperfect. Rediscover the childlike joy of being freely YOU. You don't need fancy clothes, perfect hair, or a proper camera smile; all that's needed here is you.
Be free!
You're here because you want to feel something different.
These sessions are a start-to-finish experience. You'll enjoy three unique lighting setups tailored to each style you bring, followed by an immediate post-shoot viewing. To make the most of this experience and to get the best images possible, please bring a dark outfit, a light outfit, and something you feel "free" in (whatever that looks like to you).
For those of you who have worked with me for other session types before, you'll notice that both the art selection and pricing structure for these sessions differ from other sessions. A large part of the joy here comes from the storytelling of your expression, so you'll find larger galleries and an entirely unique set of printed artwork options curated specifically to complement this experience.
"This is Me" sessions are for people who dare to live differently. Whether you're confident in who you are and looking for a fun way to express yourself, or just finding your footing and looking to gain a bit of confidence in the process, all are welcome here.
My motto for these and always is simply, "Come as you are!"

FAQ
How long does a session usually last?
I recommend planning to spend about 2 hours with me. The shooting portion typically lasts between 45 minutes and an hour, then the review and artwork selection part runs between 30 minutes and an hour as well.
What should I wear?
Bring outfits that embody who you are. The goal here is to embrace yourself. If you're normally the kind of person who loves to glam up, do it, but if your style is more laid-back and casual, lean into that. For the best outcomes, please bring a dark outfit, a light outfit, and something that shows your movement. For some, movement looks like flowing skirts, for others, this looks like shorts and a tank top - choose something that feels good to you.
Can I wear makeup?
Of course! If that's something you do regularly and it makes you feel like yourself, wear it. If you aren't a typical makeup wearer (I'm not), skip it. Just be authentic to yourself, and I know you'll love it! If possible, avoid glossy/reflective makeup.
Is this just for women?
No! This is for anyone and everyone. Men should have safe spaces to embrace themselves just as much as women. Everyone is welcome here!
Where do you hold these sessions?
These sessions are held in my home studio just off Stage Road in Bartlett, TN. The full address will be sent to you after booking.
